Luis (he/they) lives in Los Angeles and is a proud LGBTQ+ person whose personal brand is holistic leadership. Their training and experience are in human development, business management, and leadership. His passion is helping people reach their greatest potential through the intersection of human performance, systemic awareness, and holistic well-being. Luis’ success came from leading global engineering, manufacturing, and material science companies. A 20-year career as a business and community leader helped him understand the unique ways people and companies learn, grow, and evolve in an ever-changing world. Most recently, he developed coaching programs for leadership, balanced living, and moving beyond trauma. At Immigrants Rising, Luis’ mission is to spread knowledge, resources, and tools so immigrant communities can navigate the challenges of launching a business without sacrificing their well-being. He loves connecting with others through dance, art, and nature. He’s currently the President of a coalition of businesses in transportation, retail, consulting, equipment rental, and social change; a Director at the LAM Chamber of Commerce; and a Principal Coach at Holistic Life Coaching Center.
