Rosa (she/her/ella) immigrated from El Salvador during her early childhood and has resided in New York ever since. She is currently pursuing a BBA at Baruch College, majoring in computer information systems/cybersecurity, and minoring in political science and psychology.

Rosa is a research fellow for the City University of New York Undocumented and Immigrant Student Programs (CUNY UISP), specializing in K-16/Social Engagement, and a Career Connection Intern for TheDream.US, where she is assisting career support staff and conducting career research.
In her latest endeavor, Rosa is participating in Immigrant Rising’s Home is Here Opportunity Program to contribute to building a supportive and dynamic network of undocumented leaders and entrepreneurs, particularly in light of the ongoing threats to DACA.
Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Rosa enjoys reading literary classics, catching sunsets at the beach, cooking hearty meals, and learning new hobbies — currently picking up DJing.
