Rosa (she/her/hers) is the founder and owner of Just BeWell, a purpose-driven career counseling consulting firm dedicated to uplifting underserved communities through tailored career guidance, with a special focus on first-generation and immigrant students. Over the past five years, Rosa has committed herself to making a significant impact in positive youth development and education. She has designed and implemented innovative programs, workshops, and mentoring sessions that empower young people to discover their potential, build self-confidence, and develop critical life skills. Her journey began with a deep passion for working with young people and helping them reach their fullest potential. A proud DCPS graduate, Rosa earned her B.A. from Trinity University and her M.A. in Education and Human Development with a concentration in school counseling from The George Washington University. She has also completed the Community Health Worker Certificate Program at Trinity University. Originally from Guatemala, Rosa enjoys hiking, cooking, and dreaming of a world where all young people can thrive, regardless of their socioeconomic status or background. Through Just BeWell, she continues to inspire and support the next generation in achieving their dreams.
