  • Our $5.41 million SEED initiative supports undocumented entrepreneurs in California start or grow their businesses through training, micro-grants, and technical assistance.

This is a unique opportunity for a fundraising, wordsmith, and relationship wiz—who has the heart and values of a community organizer—to be an integral part of our all-star team run by/ for undocumented people. This is our organization’s first-ever development staff position and will be deeply satisfying for someone who is eager to leverage our strong reputation and excellent track record with local, state and national funders, and thrives on creative collaboration, dynamic relationship building, and mission-driven work.
