A Note to Undocumented Students
You can still go to college in California even with the current political climate. Keep in mind:
- In-state tuition eligibility has expanded
You may qualify for lower tuition cost even if you didn’t attend 3 years of high school in California. Check if you qualify with our In-State Tuition Tool: immigrantsrising.org/istt - CA Dream Act is still in place
Submit your application before March 2 at caldreamact.org. Learn more: immigrantsrising.org/cadreamact - Scholarships are always available
Scholarships can help you cover the cost of attending college. Our scholarship resources are open to all students regardless of immigration status: immigrantsrising.org/scholarshiphelp - On-Campus support exists
All California public colleges and universities have one or more individuals who are willing and able to support undocumented students: bit.ly/CAUndocMap
Keep going. You are not alone.
