Update: The priority deadline for the 2025-26 CA Dream Act Application has been extended to April 2, 2025. Parts of this resource may indicate a different date for the application deadline; however, please note that April 2 is the new due date for the 2025-26 application which has been set by the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC).
Students who are U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents and have a parent or spouse who is undocumented should visit the Higher Ed Immigration Portal’s FAFSA Hub for Mixed-Status Families for up-to-date information regarding Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
For students in California, the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) is offering CADAA for Mixed-Status Families as an alternative financial aid application for students concerned about the security of their personal information.
