Iveth Díaz (she/her/ella) is the proud daughter of Mexican immigrants. Iveth was born in Mexicali, Mexico and migrated to the U.S. at the age of two. She is the eldest of two siblings and credits her comunidad (community) for her access and educational success.

As an undocumented student, Iveth attended Mt. San Jacinto College and later transferred to California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in sociology with a minor in ethnic studies. She later obtained her master’s degree in higher education from the University of Redlands. Iveth now serves as an undocumented educator at CSUSB where she works as the Admissions Counselor for the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP). She also currently serves as the Chair for the Undocumented Alumni Chapter and is the advisor for the Undocumented Advocates at CSUSB. Iveth works with underrepresented students and is passionate about providing access and resources to her community.
