Alex Allam reflects on the experiences that inspired him to attend law school and pursue a career in immigration law.

“My interest in immigration law was primarily born out of my experience as a whole. Upon the realization that almost every aspect of my life here is dictated by laws and statutes, I felt like it was critical for me to learn them to protect my family and my fellow immigrants,” said Alex.

Alex worked with Immigrants Rising as a DreamSF Fellow for the SF Office of Civic Engagement and Immigrant Affairs (OCEIA).
