Estefania Hermosillo

High School Engagement, Staff

"We each do our part and I’m glad that my part has been at a very personal level with students, parents, and educators."

Estefania Hermosillo, Community Education Coordinator, talks about learning how to fight against the limitations of her immigration status.

Estefania Hermosillo joined Immigrants Rising’s staff as Community Education Coordinator. She has been active in the immigrant rights movement since 2012 as a student, educator, community organizer, activist, and lobbyist, and believes there is room for all types of participation.
